Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the perawin platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the perawin platform without prior written consent from perawin.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, perawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the perawin platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
perawin's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their perawin Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
perawin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond perawin's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. perawin will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
perawin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
Players who wish to self-exclude from perawin may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and will remain in effect for the period requested by the Player. During a self-exclusion period, perawin will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their Account.
perawin strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs identity verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. If perawin has reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.

perawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting perawin's customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
perawin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on perawin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Players use the platform at their own risk.
perawin will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the provision of Services.
perawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, perawin will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the perawin platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the perawin platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players should submit a formal complaint to perawin's customer support team, which will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
